There is no need to keep all information in your mind.

Every action connected with applicant will be fixed in Activity tab.

For looking at it you need to:

  1. Open Candidate profile

  2. Click on Activity tab

Here you can see all actions connected with this applicant. From application to every stage changing, mail sending and a lot of other actions. You will see the action, Date when that action was done and details of it
